A world class bio cluster
Capital of the Rhône-Alpes region (5.6 m inhabitants), Lyon offers a magical mix of economic performance and fine living:

The strongest potential in Life Sciences in continental Europe is thus concentrated around the axis
Barcelona-Heidelberg, bases of a new project of economic development at the international scale
called EuroBioCluster. Recently, Lyon signed a cooperation agreement with the towns of Barcelona and Turin.
Setting its sights beyond Europe, the Lyon region is working in close cooperation with major international
bioclusters like Pennsylvania and California.
- Pleasure: Lyon is a warm, welcoming city, listed as a Unesco World Heritage site.
In the heart of a spectacular tourist region, Lyon is only an hour from the Alps and the world’s
largest skiing domain, two hours from the French Riviera and 30 minutes from the Beaujolais.
A center for creative industries, fashion and design, and a European capital of video games, Lyon is
the French gastronomic capital with fabulous cooks such as Paul Bocuse. Lyon’s artistic events, the
Festival of Lights, the Dance Biennial and the Vienne Jazz Festival, are all factors that make Lyon world
renowned destination.
An average 15 schools offer expatriate childrens an international curriculum, which enables them
to adapt smoothly to their new life.
